The problem

Too many ideas. Too little agreement on what is worth building.

Companies feel the pressure to act on AI but still do not know where to start. They hear many ideas, see many tools, and run early pilots, without a clear view of what is worth building.

Buying is harder than it used to be. One person owns the budget, another checks feasibility, security reviews the risk, operations has to make it work. So companies jump into demos and disconnected pilots before they agree on the real problem. The result is lots of activity and little alignment.

You are probably seeing some of these:

  • Pilots that never reach production
  • A backlog of ideas and no way to rank them
  • Early pilots with weak or unclear ROI
  • Ownership no one has agreed on
  • Data or compliance concerns stalling progress
  • Pressure from leadership to show results

What you get

One report you can decide from.

High-value opportunities

Opportunities ranked by impact, effort, risk, and dependencies. The shortlist, not the long list.

A solutions map

Each opportunity matched to the right solution shape: apps, agents, integrations, or governance.

Risks and requirements

Data needs, security, approvals, owners, and dependencies. What it takes to ship, before you commit.

How it works

Two weeks, problem before solution.

Run by one principal consultant and one technical specialist, the same kind of team that would build the solution. That is the point: the people deciding what to build already know what it takes to ship it.

Week 1

Problem

Align on goals, review processes and systems, and talk to the people who own the work. We choose candidate problems on pain, value, and constraints.

Week 2

Solution

We shape the approach for the top opportunities. Light architecture, governance, and measurement. We validate with stakeholders and deliver the recommendation and plan.

Then

Decision

You hold a ranked shortlist, a solution for each opportunity, and the plan to build the first one. Go ahead with us or take it to someone else. The report is yours either way.

Why us

The team that can build it is in the room from day one.

We do not split strategy from delivery. We work at the intersection of AI, data, and digital product, and we started as a consultancy. This is familiar ground. So the assessment is not a set of slides you hand to someone else to make real.

With GenOS
A traditional consultancy
Opportunity definition
Chosen with delivery reality in mind from day one: value, data quality, systems, compliance, and what it takes to ship.
Often starts at the strategy level, with less delivery detail early on.
Scope and feasibility
Shaped early. We test owners, dependencies, risks, and whether the idea is realistic in your context.
A fuller feasibility view often comes later, or from a different team.
Delivery planning
We map the path to execution early: likely blockers, trade-offs, and what has to happen before build.
Delivery planning usually happens after the strategy work is done.
Decision speed
The same thinking carries through each phase, so decisions move faster with fewer gaps.
Handoffs between phases slow decisions and create rework once delivery details surface.

Pricing

From €8,000, credited toward your build.

Two weeks, fixed scope, one price agreed before we start. Price depends on how much of the business is in scope.

One function

A single function or business area.

Finance, operations, service, or one business unit. The fastest route to a first decision.

From €8,000Two weeks

Company-wide

Several functions at once.

More stakeholders, a broader systems and data review, and opportunities ranked across the business.

Scoped on a callTwo weeks, larger team

Included in both:

  • Kickoff and goal alignment with your sponsor
  • Interviews with the people who own the work, the data, and the risk
  • Process and systems review
  • Ranked opportunity shortlist
  • Solution shape for each opportunity
  • Risks, dependencies, and delivery plan
  • Readout with your stakeholders

Credited in full

Go ahead with the build and the whole fee comes off it. The assessment is a deposit on the right first project, not a separate line item. Decide not to build and the report is still yours.

Questions

How is this different from a proof of concept?

A POC builds one thing to see if it works. The assessment decides what is worth building in the first place. It reduces the risk of spending your first budget on the wrong solution. If you already know your first use case, we will say so and move toward delivery.

What does it cost?

From €8,000 for the two-week assessment, credited in full toward your build if you go ahead. One function starts at €8,000. Company-wide scope is priced on a short call.

What if we already know our first use case?

If you have one clear, high-conviction use case with an owner, real urgency, and workable data, going straight to it may be the right call. If there are still several candidate solutions, unclear owners, or open questions about value and feasibility, the assessment is the better first investment.

Who needs to be involved?

An economic sponsor who owns the budget, plus the people who own the work, the data, and the risk. The assessment is run by one principal consultant and one technical specialist, the same kind of team that would build the solution.
